What is Olaplex?
Olaplex isn't a conditioning treatment. It is a system that permanently rebuilds the damaged disulphide bonds in your hair that are broken during chemical processes such as coloring, peroxide developers, or straightening treatments.
When you put chemicals in the hair , it causes the sulfur bonds to split, and they then become sulfur hydrogen. Olaplex prevents the splitting from happening. Olaplex rebuilds the strength, structure and integrity of your hair.
This system allows coloring techniques and processes that could only have been dreamed of before.
Can Olaplex be used as a stand alone treatment?
Absolutely. You do not need to have had hair color to enjoy the benefits of Olaplex.
